14/09/2024 - Happy Valley MID-AUTUMN GALA

The Happy Valley Mid-Autumn Gala on 14/09/2024 was under pressure as the rain starts at 12:30, the volunteers were worrying about the weather condition which was very difficult to control. Especially the kids of the dancing group as they have been preparing for two months before the show.

Fortunately, the rain stops at 3:00 and everyone has a quick rehearsal. The show was fantastic, especially thanks to all the participants on the stage and our VP & MC Dr Ivan Ng and Ms Jaclyn Chen. Besides, our booth was the favorite spot of the event. Thank you for our VP Cliff Lau’s ideas and contributions of our onsite members.

Obviously, it was a good show and thank you for every one of their contributions and efforts to serve the community of Happy Valley.

We also honor to act as the supporting organisation and support the forum, they have more than 300 participates to attend this forum.

We have more than 60 members and guests to join and celebrating our 1st Anniversary Annual Dinner on 26th June 2024 in the Craigengower Cricket Club.  Our Guest of Honor and also our Honorary Advisor Dr Jacinto Tong 湯文亮博士 delivered a speech in the forecast of the property market of Hong Kong. It was a wonderful evening, and everyone enjoy very much. 

We are invited by Baptist University to give advice to the students in writing the dissertation. " A Study on the Impact of Imported Security Guards in the Property Management Industry " The Ceremony of presentation of the group assignment by Baptist University students to Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management took place in Baptist University campus on 21/06/2026. With the permission of Baptist University, we are allowed to disclose the assignment on our website.  

From ancient to modern, crossing Europe to Asia, members and guests are dress up with fantastically creative dresses for the Best Costumes Awards organized by Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management Christmas Party held on 12th December 2023 in the Craigengower Cricket Club. We have lots of fun, everybody is delighted to make up the party much more memorable. 

Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management co-hosted with Crypto-Assets Federation and Coinstreet Capital seminar of topic- “ How STOs are reshaping Hong Kong’s property market” on 15th November 2023 in the Hong Kong University- i Cube of Exchange Square, Central Hong Kong. There were more than 100 participates joined the event.   

About 20 members and guests joined the Mid Autumn Capriccio and dinner on 13th Oct 2023. We had lots of fun and delighted seeing our Honorary Life President Professor Couchman during his trip to Hong Kong. 

HKIRELM Inauguration Ceremony was successfully done on 7th June 2023 in Hong Kong Club. We have more than 100 guests participated. We would like to thank for our distinctive honorable guests including Legislative Council member Hon Chan Yuet Ming, MH (陳月明議員) , who send us a greeting message although unable to join due to urgent meeting, our Guest of Honor Dr Jacinto Tong (湯文亮博士) , Mr. Stephen Ng, BBS, JP (吳錦津先生) and our Honorary Life President Professor Robert Couchman to make our event more memorable.
