14/09/2024 - Mid- Autumn Gala for Happy Valley Residents

The Happy Valley Mid-Autumn Gala on 14/09/2024 was under pressure as the rain starts at 12:30, the volunteers were worrying about the weather condition which was very difficult to control. Especially the kids of the dancing group as they have been preparing for two months before the show.

Fortunately, the rain stops at 3:00 and everyone has a quick rehearsal. The show was fantastic, especially thanks to all the participants on the stage and our VP & MC Dr Ivan Ng and Ms Jaclyn Chen. Besides, our booth was the favorite spot of the event. Thank you for our VP Cliff Lau’s ideas and contributions of our onsite members.

Obviously, it was a good show and thank you for every one of their contributions and efforts to serve the community of Happy Valley.

  2024 年 9 月 14 日的跑馬地中中秋晚會幾乎可能在雨中進行，因為當天由12：30時已經開始下雨，志願者們擔心天氣狀況很難控制。尤其是舞蹈團的小朋友們，因為他們在演出兩個多月前已經作出準備。

幸運的是，雨在 3：00停止下來，每個人都進行了快速排練。這場表演非常精彩，特別感謝舞臺上的所有參與者以及我們的副會長兼大會主持Ivan Ng博士和Jaclyn Chen女士。除此之外，我們的攤位活動是最受街坊歡迎的地點。感謝我們的副會長Cliff Lau 的創意和我們的現場成員以及義工的參與。

最後，感謝你們為跑馬地社區服務所作出的努力和貢獻。

  香港房地產及土地管理學會( HKIRELM ) 獲邀請參加參加島房地產發展動向論壇2024。是次論壇主題是" 房地產專家雲集 共商樓市新機遇" 。 我們被邀請成為大會其中ㄧ個支持機構, 是次論壇有超過300位業界精英參加。

We have more than 60 members and guests to join and celebrate our 1st Anniversary Annual Dinner on 26th June 2024 in the Craigengower Cricket Club . Our Guest of Honor and also our Honorary Advisor Dr Jacinto Tong 湯文亮博士 delivered a speech in the forecast of the property market of the Hong Kong. It was a wonderful evening, and everyone enjoyed it very much. 

 香港房地產及土地管理學會 成立一週年晚會。於2024年6月26日假座跑馬地紀利華木球會舉行，當晚有超過60位會員以及賓客參加。此外，當晚主禮嘉賓兼本會名譽顧問湯文亮博士，即場分析2024年下半年香港物業走勢，各會員及嘉賓獲益良多。

" A Study on the Impact of Imported Security Guards in the Property Management Industry " The Ceremony of presentation of the group assignment by Baptist University students to Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management was taken place in Baptist University campus on 21/06/2026. With the permission of Baptist University, we are allowed to disclose the assignment in our website. 

  香港房地產及土地管理學會獲浸會大學邀請 ，協助同學完成畢業論文。同學們為感謝香港房地產及土地管理學會之支持和協助，安排於2024年6月21日在浸會大學舉行論文轉交學會儀式。另得到浸會大學許可，該論文 " A Study on the Impact of Imported Security Guards in the Property Management Industry " 可於香港房地產及土地管理學會網頁發放。

From ancient to modern, crossing Europe to Asia, members and guests are dress up with fantastically creative dresses for the Best Costumes Awards organized by Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management Christmas Party held on 12th December 2023 in the Craigengower Cricket Club. We have lots of fun, everybody is delighted to make up the party much more memorable.

  由古至今，橫跨歐亞。香港房地產及土地管理學會於2023年12月12日，於紀利華木球會舉行之聖誕晚會及國際服飾比賽 。各位嘉賓及會員刻意裝扮參加，當晚比賽氣氛熱烈，大家盡興而歸。。

Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate and Land Management co-hosted with Ceypto-Assets Federation and Coinstreet Capital seminar of topic- “ How STOs are reshaping Hong Kong’s property market” on 15th November , 2023 in the Hong Kong University- i Cube of Exchange Square, Central Hong Kong. There were more than 100 participants who joined the event.

  香港房地產的及土地管理學會和Crypto-Assets Federation (CafHK) 以及Coinstreet Capital於2023年11月15日舉辦之聯合講座 “ 證券型代幣發行 (STO) 如何影響未來房地產市場” 。假座香港大學之i Cube 舉行。是晚氣氛熱烈參與者超過100人 。

An event was held on the evening of October 13, 2023, with approximately 20 members and guests in attendance. We are very pleased that our Permanent Honorary President, Robert Couchman, made the journey from the UK to participate. We had a delightful evening. 

  學會於2023年10月13日晚上舉行活動，大約20名會員及嘉賓出席，非常高興本會永遠名譽會長 Robert Couchman 校授，從英國遠度而來參加。我們渡過一個愉快的晚上。

 HKIRELM Inauguration Ceremony was successfully done on 7th June 2023 in Hong Kong Club. We have more than 100 guests who participated. We would like to thank for our distinctive honorable guests including Legislative Council member Hon Chan Yuet Ming, MH (陳月明議員) , who send us a greeting message although unable to join due to urgent meeting, our Guest of Honor Dr Jacinto Tong (湯文亮博士) , Mr. Stephen Ng, BBS, JP (吳錦津先生) and our Honorary Life President Professor Robert Couchman to make our event more memorable.
